Artist Profile: Scott Cawthon (Texas, USA)
Scott Cawthon, a graduate of the Art Institute of Houston, Texas, is an independent animation producer living in Texas, USA. He is father of two children and has created several independent films, including Noah’s Ark, The Pilgrim’s Progress and A Christmas Journey.
I found myself almost moved to tears watching Mr. Cawthon`s version of Pilgrim`s Progress, and watching Christmas Journey also impacted me greatly. As I was watching them, I found myself thinking, “This is what Jesus wants us to know, this is what God is trying to tell us, if only we open our ears and our hearts.” I was able to view Pilgrim`s Progress and Christmas Journey online through YouTube, but would appreciate copies to help educate our daughter and to give to family members. I haven`t viewed Noah`s Ark, but I would be interested in seeing it. If the other 2 films are any indication, I am looking forward to what new lesson I may need to learn from this classic story of Noah. Thanks for your time.
